Drawn tube for air cylinder has streight and equivalent round I.D. Tubes have ± 5% of mean wall thickness and equivalent I.D prevent air leakage.

*Roughness

Roughnness is an important effect on life time of sealing. We take hard anodizing process for more stable roughness.

*Anodic coating film

Thickness of anodic film to increase of roughness is over 25±5m and surface hardness of tubes are over 400Hv.
