Aluminum Billet

Our Aluminum billets is produced by the Air-Slip method, characteristic of this method is the most up-dated method of SINGLE LEVEL method.Air-barrier formed on the whole surface of melt in dispenser prevents oxidation of melt and there is no disturbance
of melt and it can protect the melt in clean condition.
Casting oil and mixtured gases (Oxygen + nitrogen) that oozed out through black lead ring make is contacted with mold, and this melt is very beautiful surface because of rapid solidification progresses and forms thin solidification class.
In this process, our Al-Billet can have equal organization. Our production capacity is up to 10,000 M/Ts month.
